How much of a benefit would it be to visualise your proposal as a realistic image at design stage? Many clients are unsure of what the completed building will look like from a realistic point of view and there is always an element of uncertainty about the scheme when drawings are produced in 2D especially when they are of poor quality. Here is where we can help.

IPB Associates can provide you with 3D models and photo realistic images of your project at design stage. We work with the aid of Autodesk Revit which provides us with the ability to produce 3D architectural building models directly from our drawings. These models can then be rendered into internal and external photo realistic images which provides you with a presentation of the scheme concepts. Rendering is a process of digitally converting the 3D models into images that look like the real thing which gives us the ability to communicate design intent.

This gives you an advantage to see the reality not just of the building itself but of the surroundings in which the building is located. This takes away all the uncertainties you may have about your proposal and thus provides you with an understanding to better envisage your project before a spade is put into the ground.
